Terms and Conditions

I try to make these terms and conditions as clear as possible, but if you have any questions, please contact me here. 

Design Services

 

 

  • Broken Candle Book Designs, designs high-quality premium covers for a reasonable price of $50-70 for an ebook cover and  $150 for a print cover. Please add an extra $30 for an audio cover. If you order an ebook cover and a full wrap at the same time, then the audio cover is free.

  • A deposit of $25-35 is required at the time of purchase. This is non-negotiable. If you're purchasing a package, then a $75 deposit is required. 

  • Customer covers are available now. Prices start at $200 depending on the intensity of the project. I will communicate frequently any additional charges required for the customization of your book cover. 

  • I will not change images on the pre-made cover. However, I will change coloring, blends, and fonts. For example, if you don't like the model's hair color, I can change it from blonde to brunette, brunette to red, etc. There will be an extra $10 charge for those types of changes. Font changes and overall blending changes are free. 

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for the cover to be completed and final cover sent through email. 

  • I don't accept phone calls or Skype chats. I am open from 10 AM to 6 PM Saturday through Wednesday. If you chat with me on my days off, I will do my best to answer you in a timely manner. If I am away for any reason, there will be an announcement on my website. 

  •  I do not provide PSD files. That is also non-negotiable.  

  • You may not use the images in any other way except for the design of the book. 

The Process for Pre-made covers

  • You start off by placing a deposit on the initial cover and emailing me any changes to the font and coloring that you'd like changed. 

  • After that, I will send the updated the ebook cover with the changes for you to view. The watermark stays on the cover until the purchase is finalized. 

  • Once you are satisfied with the changes, I will send you the invoice for payment and add extras that may have been needed for the cover to fit your needs. Once payment is received, I will email you the files through a zip file. 

  • All sales on pre-made covers are final. No refunds after the sale. 

  • I want you to be happy with your final cover, and it is my number one priority to make you happy and help you on your journey to publishing your book, so I will keep our process as easy and as stress-free as possible. 

Confidentiality 

Your privacy is the most important part of purchasing a cover from me. I will only accept payments through Paypal which protects all your financial information. All correspondence is also kept private. I will never share your information with a third party. 

Correspondence

My hours of business are shown on the home page. However, I am available 7 days a week on chat and social media.
